BCOM is an incredible place to study osteopathy. The course reflects well education and integration of the the origins of osteopathy as well as keeping up to date within healthcare developments. Everyone knows everyone on campus and makes for the perfect place to learn and socialise together. Everybody is a friendly face and are always willing to help one another out. I have no regrets choosing BCOM to study osteopathy.

During clinical years, BCOM provides an excellent amount of contact time with tutors during our clinical sessions. It is well organised to ensure you finish with enough hours and that the clinical development journey runs smoothly.

BCOM is based on Finchley road, along from Hampstead. The London setting does increase the cost of living, but equally London wages and student finance improve this. It is opposite the Metropolitan line and many pubs/ restaurants and open spaces to explore locally. Osteopathy is increasing in demand as a profession, especially in areas outside of London and within the NHS.

In this friendly and close-knit university, the tutors are incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help out. Students feel supported and encouraged to succeed in this environment. However, the university could benefit from an improvement in overall organisation to enhance the student experience.

It's a tough but rewarding course with lots of opportunities to ask tutors for help.
