Supportive lecturers, subject is fun and intuitive. Despite the odd choice of putting an Osteopathic clinic on a hill, the university facilities are pretty nice. I would only improve the harsh institutional lighting and the layout of the treatment rooms as I don't think it's suitable in a therapeutic setting. The value of gentle light for making a therapeutic setting and putting practitioner and patient at ease is underutilised but being a naturopathic college I would expect more.

Would prefer all lectures to be available online for non clinic days to prevent the costs and time of travelling in London. Course content could definitely be made more intuitive and available online by proper use of the VLE. Lots of good tutor contact time but some tutors definitely better suited to some students / cases than others are.

BCOM is a rather small university which allows all year groups to interact. It also creates this feeling of being part of a big family of people with similar interests!
Another benefit BCOM has to bigger universities is that there are a lot more interactions with tutors during lectures and in clinic where you get more one on one time :)

Osteopathy is great! We have helped so many patients who come to this university with pain. We get taught to look at the whole body ad one unit to come up with a diagnosis and treatments.
