The Sport Scholarship is designed to support students pursuing at ARU London. It offers financial support of upto undefined for Accommodation, Tuition fees and is open to eligible Masters, undergraduate students.
Overview of the Sport Scholarship scholarship
Who can apply for the Sport Scholarship?
Our Sport Scholarship covers the normal, full-time duration of your degree course. Eligibility is conditional on continuing satisfactory academic progress.
To be eligible for our Sport Scholarship you should:
Foundation, extended, degree apprenticeship, distance learning degree programmes and/or CPD and short courses are excluded.
Elite Level
Worth £1,400 per year, the Elite Level scholarship covers performance-related costs. It's for students who compete at regional or national level and is given as a cash bursary.
You'll also benefit from strength and conditioning sessions, sports performance workshops, and travel and accommodation for agreed competitions.
Podium Level
Worth up to £12,500 per year, the Elite Level scholarship is offered to students who are of an international standard and can successfully compete at the highest level of university sport and above. It's given as a full or partial fee waiver.

Ready to apply? Here's what you need to know before submitting your application:
Your application will be assessed by a panel of ARU staff we'll be looking at the details you provide in your application and supporting documentation. You may need to undergo a screening or submit a report from physiotherapists (or equivalent) in your previous club or team.
