The MSc in Project Management has been designed to reflect on the principles and methodologies of the leading professional project management bodies and has been successfully awarded Academic Accreditation by the Association of Project Managers (APM).The programme is designed to facilitate the development of technical competence in key areas including: risk management, monitoring and control of projects and procurement. Students will establish a core understanding of operations management, big data management and the ability to model and simulate complex problems which can plague project delivery.You will begin by developing an understanding of the terminology, core theory and tools requisite for project management activity.
