The Advanced Certificate in International Business (24 ECTS) is a 100% online programme offered in French and/or English and comprising eight courses in strategy, management, and leadership.

Working to resolve challenges in real business scenarios by applying the latest international management principles and thinking, you will acquire the skills, knowledge and techniques necessary to lead, communicate and negotiate in a global setting.

OBJECTIVES

1. To identify the critical success factor of competitive advantage through the strategic implementation plan, actions plans and budgets
2. To be able to demonstrate what roles consumers play in the buying decision process and outline the main components of a marketing plan
3. To know and use the principal financial analysis tools that help to diagnose the company's liquidity, solvency and profitability
4. To be capable of managing the tools and techniques of international project management
5. To develop skills to manage difficult situations and resolve conflicts, reaching satisfactory agreements for the parties involved
6. To master the employee branding, well-being and implement appropriate performance management systems

On completion of the Advanced Certificate in International Business you can choose to upgrade to the Executive Master in International Business - EMIB.
