The best aspects of studying at Uni of Liverpool has definitely been the community, atmosphere and people around campus and accommodation. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly and, passionate. The freedom and feel is great as well, the guild and the accommodation is always offering events that are great to go to. The only improvement I can think of is the lack of feeling of green space, close by and in the city centre there is little open green areas, however there are parks with a nice one being only a 30 minute walk away, and some smaller ones a bit closer. The docs are also gorgeous and make up for the scenery.

The best aspects of my university experience at the University of Liverpool revolve around interactive learning and accessible communication. First, seminars in classes enable real - time exchanges of ideas and insights with teachers — a format far less common in my home country. These sessions foster a dynamic learning atmosphere where curiosity thrives. Second, one - on - one offline discussions with faculty deepen my understanding of course content. Teachers’ personalized explanations clarify complex concepts that textbooks alone can’t convey. Third, email communication here is remarkably efficient: finding contact details for staff relevant to my queries is straightforward, and responses come promptly, streamlining problem - solving across academic and administrative matters. Regarding areas for improvement, while my experience is overwhelmingly positive, small tweaks could enhance it further. For example, during busy periods, wait times for certain administrative services (like course enrollment support) occasionally feel lengthy. However, this is a minor drawback compared to the institution’s many strengths. With continued investment in streamlining such processes, the University of Liverpool could solidify its reputation as a truly world - class academic home.

WWW - The office hours are incredibly helpful as well as the seminars as they allow you to use the work you've learnt from the lectures into practice. EBI - Some teachers don't put resources up and make it incredibly hard to get hold of them by not answering to emails.

Some members of the teaching staff are unreliable and the maintenance team on site for accommodation is very slow at responding to requests or don’t fix requests when asked. The student life is excellent especially with how close to the city centre the accommodation is.

loneliness, cliquey, handful of professors quite mundane to listen to nights out are fun, campus feels safe & easy to navigate
