Living here has honestly made my uni experience so much better. The location is perfect — it’s so close to campus, which makes everything easier and less stressful day to day. The accommodation itself feels safe, calm, and comfortable, and I genuinely enjoy living here. I have ADHD, and having a space where I feel settled, happy, and supported has made a big difference to my wellbeing and my ability to focus on my studies. It feels like more than just accommodation — it feels like a home, and that’s something I really appreciate. Honestly, I don’t think it needs improving. My experience here has been genuinely positive in every way, and I wouldn’t change anything — it already feels like the perfect place to live and study.

**Best Aspects of My University Experience** One of the best aspects of my university experience has been the sense of community. From the start, there were plenty of opportunities to meet people through societies, group projects, and campus events, which made settling in much easier. The diversity of students also created a really enriching environment where I’ve been able to hear different perspectives and make friends from a wide range of backgrounds. Academically, the quality of teaching has been a real highlight. Most lecturers are knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly passionate about their subjects. The course content is well-structured and relevant, with a good balance between theory and practical application. Access to facilities such as the library, study spaces, and online resources has also made studying more manageable and productive. Another strong point is the career support available. Workshops on CV writing, interview preparation, and networking events with employers have helped me feel more confident about my next steps after graduation. **Areas for Improvement** That said, there are areas that could be improved. Communication can sometimes be inconsistent, particularly regarding timetable changes or assessment deadlines. Having clearer and more timely updates would reduce unnecessary stress. Additionally, while academic support is available, it can sometimes feel stretched during busy periods. Faster feedback turnaround and more structured academic guidance sessions would be beneficial. Finally, improving access to mental health and wellbeing services — particularly during peak stress times like exam season — would make a big difference to the overall student experience. **Overall** Overall, my university has provided a supportive, engaging, and academically stimulating environment. With improvements in communication, feedback speed, and wellbeing support, it could become an even better place to study.

The student support is amazing and the facilities are fantastic aswell as the lectures are really kind. The only thing is there isn’t alot of society’s so that’s sometimes tricky, and the union is great and the staff are amazing. The social aspect is sometimes hard cause of the lack of society’s.

Not being on campus has been incredibly challenging for a first year student, however the staff have been very supportive with online learning and keeping us updated.
