Its hard to get around the city and between student accomadation to university. There are a lot of oportunities for socialising. The students Union is fantastic and helps with the cost of living crisis a lot

The economics section of the course is very one sided and also poorly taught compared to the rest of the degree. The politics content is very intresting and there is a great variety of topics you can cover. Its a small class size which is good for getting good feedback

Its a nice quiet area that has a lot of facilities and it has grass which is nice. However, it gets so messy, the rooms can feel very cramped, the administration and security is quite strict and sharing spaces with 11 people is too much

I could not be happier with my choice of university. My university experience so far has been exactly what I hoped it would be. The facilities at Queen's are excellent as there are more than enough spaces to study and spend time. The library is a great place to focus and get work done. Similarly, the new Student's Union provides more spaces to study, whilst also being a great place to meet up with friends for a coffee in the day, or a drink at night.

Studying English and Philosophy at Queen's means that I have seemingly endless facilities and resources which help immensely when it comes to research and essay writing. Currently, as a first year, I am unsure about my career prospects and my opportunities for work placements or internships.

I am very happy that I chose to stay in Elms BT9 as it has provided me with a home-like place to stay whilst I am studying. I always feel safe when I walk around Elms, even at night when it is dark. This is because the security guards are always there.
