Wasn’t allocated my ideal choice of accommodation which has made some aspects of university life slightly less ideal. However teaching quality and structure is satisfactory.

Feels a bit too independent as if I have to do each and everything entirely by myself. Not much complementary aid at all.

No fridge space whatsoever. One tall fridge for 9 people just isn’t viable.

Warwick is a great uni to study at for me. It's got plenty of accommodation nearby for a second year, and whilst being a campus uni the social events on campus are great, and if not the nightlife in nearby Leamington and Coventry is good too. The student cinema is a standout for me with a huge range of old and new films for an incredibly low price. The societies and sports clubs are also really good here. There's also a good range of careers and informational events (and other academic help) on offer which is generally very useful. Most staff are very helpful and good at replying to emails. Library facilities are fantastic. Some buildings could definitely do with a bit of renovation, and some of the academic staff can be slow on responding to queries. One huge issue recently is feedback for a module on my course being 8+ weeks overdue because of "staffing issues" which is ridiculous when our next assignment is due in less than three weeks. However overall the Warwick experience is very positive bar a few issues here and there, so overall it's a great place to study.

PAIS has an incredibly diverse range of modules which are all fairly flexible, so there is generally something everyone can enjoy. Overarchingly my feedback for PAIS is very positive, though there are quite a few things that aren't ideal but can be put up with. Firstly, not all lectures are recorded which can be very inconvenient if you're ill or unavailable. Also, course hours could actually be more, really. In third term we pay a lot of money to only have a lecture or two (if that) and then essentially to sit at home and do research. Seminars for the most part are well run though this depends on some extent as to who is running them. Marking can also be a little inconsistent with some markers being far more harsh on certain modules. However I must reiterate that these issues aren't the be all and end all, and I do overall rate PAIS very highly.

Not much to comment here. I was lucky to stay in an incredible accommodation called Cryfield Apartments with very few places. Cryfield Apartments were amazing - only 8 flatmates but a huge kitchen, small but well laid out rooms with huge windows and nice en suites, and very close (5 min walk) to the centre of campus. No negative feedback really at all - only thing is r.e. Property management, as one of the cleaners took one of our (needed) chairs to sit on in the hall and never gave it back.
