I am very happy that I chose this University and would only make a few changes. The city is awesome to live in, explore and shop in, and my course is excellent so far, with the best facilities and resources available.

There is a good variety, they could make lectures closer together (building-wise).

I have not had to use them yet so i'm not sure.

It has a good range of things going on at night but maybe they should have things you can do during the day.

Go out with friends.

The skills we learn, and all the information we learn in lectures.

From what I've seen and heard I think it will be okay because a high percentage of people have gone into practice after.

I like where it is but it could have better food for how much we pay.

In terms of my best experiences so far, I'd say just genuinely getting to know a large variety of people within my course, who all have various interesting backgrounds and reasons for why they chose to study architecture. Getting to know all these different individuals makes me love my course even more, as Architecture in itself is a large topic with a plethora of aspects to it. I also really like the campus and how "broken up" it is, making it a fairly large site by occupied land area. Regardless of the weather (well...besides on rainy days), I always enjoy my walks from one building to another, as the uni campus overall just really gives me a sort off homely feeling. Finally, what makes this the uni such a great place to study at, really comes down to the overall community feeling that it gives off. HOWEVER, with that being said, the worst aspect, which has therefore caused a plethora of others, is definitely my commute to university. Not only do I need to be in 5 days a week, but Train Services can often be delayed, disrupted, cancelled etc. Most of the time I don't mind too much, but on certain days, it can get REAAALLLYY annoying. In addition, due to train times, there have been a large number that I either had to skip out on or didn't have enough time for to attend, due to getting work and assignments done. One way through this could be improved, is perhaps for the student union at my university to release a poll questionnaire, through which people can vote on the most appropriate date for an event + reasoning.

To be honest, I have no complaints on the content of my course. HOWEVER, I really can't stand the fact that I have to be in 5 days a week, especially if one or two days could easily get squashed into another, to give us at least a day off. And even though I know that my course is broad and therefore time-demanding, it just doesn't justify that a friend of mine who also studies architecture only had 3 days of University. Its something that I really hope will be put into consideration I. the future, because I have already received my new timetable of semester 2, and, yea...it's not looking good...
