As a playworker you might be based in a playgroup, school, hospital or community centre, supporting children across different activities. You might specialise in a certain type of activity such as sports, developmental play, or special needs play, for example. Using your creativity and communication skills, you’ll be working in a team to give children the opportunity to express themselves and learn new things in a safe environment.
