Once you’ve spoken to us and received a verbal offer, you’ll also receive an email confirmation which includes everything you need to know – including how long you have to accept. Read through this information carefully as it’ll tell you everything you need to do to take up a place with us. If you don’t receive an email – don’t panic! Check your junk folder and if you still don’t have an email from us – call us back.
Visit us on campus! We’ll be holding Clearing Advice days on 18 & 21 August and campus tours on 15, 16, 17 & 18 August, if you can get to campus to look around we’d recommend coming for a visit. This is a great opportunity to get a feel for the university, meet current students, look at the accommodation and decide if Winchester is the place for you.
When you’ve made your decision, sign into your UCAS Hub and accept our offer, once it’s confirmed this will show as an acceptance in your ‘choices’.
If you need accommodation, you’ll need to apply for this. You can find lots of useful information on the different types of accommodation on our website and within our Virtual tour. We’ll also give you some further info on how to apply for accommodation in the offer email.
You also need to look at updating student finance and check out if you’re eligible for any scholarships or bursaries. Once you’re confirmed to come to Winchester, download our app and join Campus Connect to meet students joining at the same time as you.
