Over a three-year period, the University has embarked on a £150million redevelopment project, known as Future Campus, to enhance students’ social and learning experiences thereby maintaining their position as a leading modern university in London. The University has worked closely with the Students’ Union and student representatives throughout the process to make sure the student experience is at the heart of the project.
In Autumn 2019 the university opened Rami Ranger House - Postgraduate and International Student Centre, a Graduate Common Room and a Sports Centre.
Rami Ranger House - Postgraduate and International Student Centre will be a new focal point for the university’s postgraduate and international students, providing dedicated space for social and learning interaction.
The new Sports Centre will include a large gym and fitness studio which is part of our on-going commitment to promote student wellbeing by having the best facilities available to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle.
Students will also be able to benefit from preferential booking arrangements at the new Gunnersbury Park leisure centre that will include two external floodlit artificial grass pitches, natural grass cricket and football pitches, tennis courts, changing rooms, and a gym.
