When calling, have your exam results, UCAS ID number (if you have one) and course choices ready. Ask any questions you have about the course or student life.
You will need to decide which course you would like to study at UWL. It is best to plan this in advance as some courses require you to attend an audition, submit a portfolio of work, or you may need to have relevant experience in your chosen field.

We will want to know how you did in your A Levels, T Level or BTEC, or other equivalent Level 3 qualifications, as well as your GCSEs, but might also ask about your AS Levels and other achievements and qualifications to help our tutors get an idea of your background and experience while they fit you to the right course.
Of course, if you are not coming directly from education, it is important to share all work experience in order to help our Admissions Team build up an idea of what you can do and which courses will be a good fit for you. The team will then be able to review your qualifications and experience to advise which courses you are eligible for.
