Choosing where to live is a big decision. At Lincoln, the university guarantees a bedroom in a university residence to all new students who apply for their accommodation by 1 September in the year of their entry (e.g. by 1 September 2021 for students looking to join in autumn 2021).
The university offers a range of options to meet different needs and budgets, and its Accommodation Services Team is on hand to help students explore their options. Based in the heart of Lincoln’s city centre, most of the university’s student accommodation is situated on its Brayford Pool Campus or just a short distance away. Thanks to its fantastic location, no matter which accommodation students choose, they will never be far from the action.
All university accommodation is supported by its Residential Warden Team who are there to support and advise students, helping them to settle in and make the most of their time at Lincoln. The university’s online application system for accommodation is currently open for students who have formally accepted their academic offer to study in autumn 2021.
University of Lincoln students on Whatuni say:
“Very nice, close to uni, bills included.”
“I live in Courts - one of the university’s on-site accommodation options. The halls range from 5-8 people in a flat with newly furbished kitchens and lounge area. The shared area is spacious and very homely; the kitchen also came equipped with the majority of things we needed to cook with (i.e. kettle and microwave. I also really love the size of my room. I have an en-suite, single bed, and desk area.”
“It's good. The accommodation staff are very helpful."
The University of Lincoln places a high value on providing its students with the best possible foundation from which they can work towards their ambitions. Regardless of the study programme chosen, the university strives to ensure that students have great access to the best and most cutting-edge equipment and resources to support their learning.
