Postgraduate Loan Scheme
Prospective students may be entitled to a Postgraduate Master’s Loan of £11,836 which can be used to help with tuition fees and living costs.
The university offers a generous Alumni Loyalty Discount. Those who gained their undergraduate degree at the University of Central Lancashire may be eligible for a 20% reduction on postgraduate tuition fees. This offer is only available to UK students.
There are a range of postgraduate-specific bursaries and scholarships offered on both means-tested and merit-based criteria, to provide support for disadvantaged and ambitious students during their studies.
UK students: £8,400 per year for most full-time postgraduate taught courses.
Fees vary for postgraduate research courses.
EU and international students:
£15,500 per year for full-time postgraduate taught courses.
£15,500 per year for full-time postgraduate research courses.
The exception to this is the MBBS course, which costs £48,000.
For many courses students have the option to pay for individual modules at a time. Students can also opt to study for a Postgraduate Diploma or Postgraduate Certificate and then upgrade their qualification to a full master’s degree later on.
