Who is Clearing for? It might be for you if you’ve applied but changed your mind about the course or university; if you don’t have the grades for your course or you did better than anticipated; or you might not have applied at all yet and want to start studying in September 2024. Find courses that are in Clearing; many of our courses have places available.
How does Clearing work at Brighton? We value our students as unique individuals, so we adopt a flexible admissions process, meaning we look at more than just your grades. Throughout your time with us you’ll be supported, including your transition from school, college or sixth form to university. Once enrolled on a course with us, you’ll enjoy a flexible and inclusive approach to learning and assessment so you can learn the way that works for you.
Haven’t applied through UCAS yet? You can apply direct to the university. The Clearing team can talk you through the process and you can read more about it on the “What is Clearing?” page on our website.
