The University of Bolton works hard to ensure that any challenges faced by its student membership can be overcome by providing a free and effective network of support services made available to every student. Bolton has an award-winning Customer Service team who are there to provide support and guidance from the moment of enrolment to the day of graduation and even beyond.
The Student Services team offer help and advice on issues including accommodation, hardship, disability and welfare. Academic help and advice is available, including appeals and mitigating circumstances applications, and there is a team of Mental Health Advisors, Counsellors and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy based in the university’s Life Lounge.
