If you’ve applied via UCAS
If you have already submitted an application via UCAS and have not managed to secure a university place, you can use Clearing from 5th July.
- Step 1 - Once you have found a suitable undergraduate degree course, call our dedicated advisers
- Step 2 - If we can accept you, we will take some details and make you a verbal offer over the phone. You will then receive an email confirmation. Our Admissions team will offer you the opportunity to attend our Clearing open day on 17 August with a campus tour so you can speak with teaching staff at University College Birmingham.
- Step 3 – Once you’ve secured your place with us, you then need to go onto UCAS Track and add University College Birmingham as your Clearing choice. Remember, you will need our institution code, which is B35, and the code for the course you are applying for – you can find this on our website under each of our courses. If you are unsure, our Clearing advisers will be able to guide you through the process.
- Step 4 - Once we have received your application and verified all the information provided, this will then show as accepted on UCAS Track.
