Whatever a student’s needs when they’re at university, they can turn to Teesside University’s support services for advice. The University’s Student Life is a central hub for accessing support, with all support services in one place.
Students are able to seek advice and get help on a number of topics, including careers, finance, student loans and more. They can also get help with any health or wellbeing concerns including mental health and counselling services, academic guidance and support for students with a disability.
The university has a multifaith chaplaincy for students, whether religious or not, to discuss issues related to faith. There is also a specialist international student support team, and an entrepreneurship service that offers help for students who want to set up their own business as well.
