The university also offers a range of degree apprenticeships, combining workplace experience with classroom learning. These qualifications offer students free tuition as fees are covered by the employer and government and also allows you to earn a salary while you study.
Teesside considers all academic and vocational qualifications, meaning applicants from non-traditional routes can study here regardless of the type of qualifications studied.
There are two types of offers made by Teesside, conditional and unconditional. Unconditional offers are usually given to applicants who already hold the required qualifications. If you’re still working towards your Level 3 qualifications, you’ll likely be made a conditional offer.
Conditional offers are usually made in UCAS tariff points, and there may be subject-specific requirements. Teesside University usually requires passes in two A-level subjects or equivalent qualifications. T-levels are considered for entry onto courses as well. For some subjects there may be additional GCSE or equivalent Level 2 qualification requirements as well.
