Sheffield Hallam offers a range of scholarships for UK and international students. If students have studied at the university before, they can also receive an alumni scholarship.
International scholarships may help cover part of students’ fees for full-time taught postgraduate courses and are awarded to students who can show strong academic achievements and act as an ambassador for the university during and after their studies.
Tuition fees depend on the selected course and the applicant’s country of origin.
UK postgraduate course fees start from £8,490, with international fees starting from £14,460.
For UK students, a postgraduate loan of up to £11,836 can be secured towards the costs of taught and research masters programmes, while up to £27,892 can be secured for doctoral/PhD degrees (based on courses starting in 2022/23).
Loans are available across most subject areas (subject to eligibility criteria) and can help students with living costs.
International students are recommended to check the latest updates about funding and eligibility before applying.
