Roehampton is committed to supporting you. Whether Clearing is unexpected or something you’ve planned for, we’ll make sure you get the most out of university.
Book on to an event, visit our campus, speak to our students online, and check out our social media and website to find out more about us.
We know Clearing can be stressful. That's why our friendly team of Clearing Advisers will help you throughout the process and answer any questions you might have. The best way to prepare is:
Once you've decided which course is right for you, get in touch to see if we can make you an offer. Make sure you have your grades and qualifications to hand, and your UCAS ID if you have one!
Once you have received an offer to study at Roehampton, it is time to start preparing for September! We'll get you all the information you need to settle in.
Induction schedules – Keep an eye on your emails from late August as we start to send out information on how to enrol, your induction schedules and timetable, and your pre-course-reading lists.
Accommodation deadlines - If you want to live on-campus, we can guarantee you a room if you accept a Clearing offer and apply by the relevant deadline. Please see our Clearing webpage for more information.
Moving in - You'll be able to move into your halls of residence in mid-September, if you've chosen to live on campus. You'll be greeted by our college teams and flat reps, and in the evening there will be a range of welcome events and social activities across campus.
Welcome week – In late September, Welcome week will get you ready for the beginning of your degree. As well as attending course welcome talks, Freshers' Week officially begins with a range of social events and activities, organised by Roehampton Students' Union.
