University Centre Leeds strives to make education accessible for everyone. Therefore, it provides a number of bursaries to financially support eligible students with their studies. UK students who are assessed by Student Finance as having a household income of:
Students do not have to apply for this bursary; they are automatically considered when they apply for financial support from SFE. They must have an attendance of 80% and above to continuously be awarded the bursary, which is awarded in two payments each year at the end of semesters.
All full-time Level 4 or 6 higher education students who attend University Centre Leeds will be given a Chromebook to use for their studies. Or, a suitable alternative if required by their course.

Students can receive a repayable tuition fee loan from Student Finance England (SFE) to help cover tuition costs.

Some courses may require additional costs. This could be for certain resources, such as materials for art courses, or a DBS check.
Students will have to cover their living costs and other expenses. SFE offers a maintenance loan to help with these extras, as well as travel expenses and childcare. A number of non-repayable bursaries from SFE and other funding providers are available.
