The majority of Leeds Arts University accommodation is offered to its first-year students undertaking study on a undergraduate degree course. The university ensures that a number of rooms are also allocated to students on foundation diploma courses who are moving from outside the local area.
Hepworth Lodge is the main campus accommodation for student attending the university. Students living here have access to a lively and creative community. There are opportunities to attend regular social events organised at the accommodation, and lots of outside spaces for socialising and meeting other students.
This modern student development is only a short walk from the city centre, and just 20 minutes from the university. All rooms are equipped with modern furnishing and an en-suite. Students can expect to share a spacious kitchen and lounge area with five or six fellow students within the flat.
Students living at Hepworth Lodge have access to internet, heating in all rooms, 24-hour security, on-site laundry and cycle storage. Accommodation costs includes all bills, and students can expect to pay around £140.40 per week for a 44 week contract.
Rooms are also available at IQ Leeds and Carr Mills.
