Overview

Wrexham Glyndwr University offers a wide range of postgraduate courses, along with part-time and professional qualifications.

Renowned for its high standards of teaching and inclusive learning community, the university is home to over 9,000 students, with around 1,500 of these enrolled in postgraduate study.  

The university's main campus, based in Wrexham, is where you'll find the majority of programmes. There's also a rural campus a short distance away in Northop which specialises in animal studies and biodiversity, along with a cutting-edge research centre in St Asaph that focuses on opto-electronics technology.

Students can apply to a study an MPhil or PhD at Wrexham Glyndwr University as long as they already have an undergraduate honours degree that’s at least an upper class second, or a similar qualification of an equivalent value.
