One of the foremost accommodation options offered to students at Wrexham Glyndwr University is Wrexham Village. This privately run accommodation is newly built and is conveniently located directly next to the main campus. It is one of the most popular accommodation options amongst students at the university, and is a sure-fire way for any student to ensure that they can secure comfortable living while being in the heart of the social life of the campus.

Accommodation at Wrexham village and other locations provided by the university is good value for money and available on 40-week contracts.

Students who enrol at Wrexham Glyndwr University from 2021 onwards will be set to benefit from a wide range of major improvements to the campus. Ranging from brand new academic or research facilities, to state-of-the-art food and drink options and modern accommodation. The Campus 2025 estates strategy contains plans to update, remodel and redevelop the university’s sites into an attractive, modern learning space for the 21st century. 

When it comes to the academic side of the university, students can regularly enjoy more than 70 lecture theatres, two separate libraries, and a dedicated university art gallery. In addition to this, there are specialised facilities for certain subjects including studios for audio recording and TV production, as well as facilities for specialist engineering disciplines and computing subjects.

The uni bar, known as The Cent, has plasma TVs, pool tables, DJs and serves up a menu of pub grub. Wrexham Glyndwr’s campus is home to an impressive array of food and drink options across a variety of cuisines, in addition to a wealth of clubs, bars and restaurants just a stone’s throw from the campus.
