There’s a large range of accommodation options for students at Coventry University. You can find full information about all halls of residences on the Coventry University website, but here are a few examples.
Singer Hall features 693 single study bedrooms and superior single rooms. Two types of flats are available - a single flat has 6 bedrooms with shared facilities which include a kitchen, shower room, toilet and a room with a bath and toilet. Recently refurbished superior flats have 6 bedrooms with 2 shower rooms and 2 rooms with a toilet and basin - there is more storage space in the bedrooms. The hall is well served by public transport, with a bus and train station reasonably nearby. The university campus is just over half a mile away from the hall. Rent for a standard room for a 40-week period costs £5,120 and includes internet access, possession insurance, utilities and communal cleaning.
Victoria Hall is a purpose-built student complex which is just a few minutes’ walk away from the main campus. It features single en-suite bedrooms, a common room, shared kitchens and laundry facilities (extra charge). Our student reviewers liked the fact that the accommodation was well managed, safe and secure, as well as the community of students they lived with.
Students say:
“Nice sized rooms with lots of living space for 5 people, very close to the uni and protected by security.”
“I live in an ensuite studio accommodation. I love it as it very well managed.”
“It is very nice and great enjoy. I am enjoying my life as well as making new friends. Very good environment as well as good people living nearby.”

There are more than 350,000 print books, 70,000 e-books, 30,000 electronic and print journals and a range of other multimedia resources. The library is open for 24 hours a day during exam period.
Each faculty also has subject specific facilities. For example, the Health and Life Sciences faculty boasts a mock operating theatre, crime scene laboratory and a real ambulance.
There is also outdoor and sporting facilities which includes full-sized rugby, football and hockey pitches, as well as Astro Turf training facilities. The Sport and Recreation Centre is located centrally on campus and contains a fitness suite, two indoor sports halls and a therapy clinic.

Students say:
“The facilities are excellent. They have everything I require for my studies.”
“Very good, everything works as it should. Provides suitable resources and environment for learning and socialising.”
“Generally excellent, though library space is sometimes a challenge especially during intense periods- e.g. examination period.”
