Students who attend AUB don’t just study their passion – they develop the skills needed to succeed in their chosen career and thrive in what can be a very competitive world. 98% of graduates of AUB are either in full-time work or further study within six months of completing their course.
This statistic is helped greatly by both the faculty and the support services offered by the university. The faculty are leading experts in their field and can provide networking contacts to students who work hard and show strong potential.
The support services offer different skills workshops and advisory sessions to ensure students are prepared for the working world. These services including interview techniques, CV writing, and more. A careers advisor is also available for appointments for any students who want 1-2-1 advice on how best to secure the future career they want.
Arts University Bournemouth students on Whatuni say:
“The university provides regular weekly updates and guidance on career opportunities. Additional resources are available too, to those that wish to access them. Our Course Leader has facilitated sessions with external mentors and made this available to all course participants. It has worked really well.”
“Have had lectures about how to prepare for the future. What, how, when? Talked about everything from CV writing, summer jobs, internships to what goals we need to set for ourselves to reach our dream and our idea of success in life.”
“The tutors all genuinely care about where you end up, they are always advising and pushing people to do their best. They have a huge string of alumni that they put you in contact with.”
