ARU is committed to providing a superb standard of student services to help all students realise their potential academically and personally. The university has a variety of specialist teams within it to offer year-round support, both on-campus and online.
The university has a free and fully confidential counselling service, and support and advice is also offered for finance and careers concerns.
There is a dedicated Disability and Dyslexia Support team providing specialised services for students with physical disabilities, mental health issues, ongoing medical conditions and learning difficulties such as dyslexia. They also provide guidance on reasonable adjustments and allowance applications.
