I think that it is a nice and pleasant looking university with a pleasant staff that clearly like what they teach (at least in my department) and are welcoming of students. Times of lessons are not really suitable for commuting
I really like the university and the campus because they are really sure to help to support any problems
Academic support was great and very helpful
It’s a beautiful campus, the facilities for performing arts are really good. The university has good connection to the working world and professional arts community. There isn’t great communication of general student support at this institution.
The student life is good
The opportunities I get to prepare me for my career, such as employers fair, external speakers, student projects collaborating with trusts etc.
lovely campus, has a really homely feel
Great campus and support. Library resources could be improved. Often a struggle to find relevant sources
I think aspects of the course layout could be improved but this is due to the college of policing curriculum not the lecturers efforts to teach.
Not great student life or jnteraction
The strikes, still paying tuition for lost lectures and seminars.
I like that I only have classes on a few days each week and there are not many assignments. It has been a bit confusing with the different learning style as I am an exchange student from the states. I wish that the food hall would be open later.
It's good overall, great programmes and teachers
It is a great opportunity to study here. I am a study abroad student and love being here.
I like how the student union support and represent the students views and the vast range of societies and networks available. I love the vibe of the campus and the various working spaces available to all students. The majority of lecturers on my course are friendly and approachable. I think more consideration needs to be given to commuting students. For some, travelling over an hour (especially when traffic is bad or the park and ride is not running smoothly) for a less than an hour lecture is both not economical or worth the commute. A zoom link of the lecture sent to only commuting student for anything an hour long would help with this
Probably not getting a lot of academic support my 1.5 of university, from my then course leader.
The university is small so it has a family vibe to it.
Campus has a variety of nice study spaces
