I love the fact that its all in one campus, it looks like its own little village! The only thing I would mention is that its not very accessible to those who cannot use stairs as I find that the accessible routes tend to take much longer and are quite inconvenient.

The campus at Sussex is great, It has lots of green spaces, wildlife, cafés, bars and places you can go and study. The train Station is no more than a 5-minute walk away from the main area of campus which is great for students commuting by train, if you commute by car then there are plenty of parking spaces and car parks to park in. There are two gym's on campus which you need to pay a membership for, they are very well run and always kept clean, but a few more machines would be appreciated. There are lots of things to do around Sussex such as walk on the downs, go clubbing in Brighton or you can sit on Brighton Beach/go shopping.

student support services are fantastic at the university. also there are lots of opportunities to do extra curricular things and get a paid role at the univerisity. I think social spaces could be improved e.g price of coffee and food.

Despite being the leading scholars in their field, I love how each instructor is so down to earth and easy to interact with. They take an interest in what we have to say. The admin staff is also very supportive and friendly, always there to lend a helping hand.

I think that the best aspect of mine uni experience is that the teachers are so supportive and helpful. Whenever I would ask anyone for help they would be happy to help me. On other hand, the worst aspect of mine uni experience is that the timetable is so spread out. Which is so annoying as it don't help me with getting a job.

From the very beginning, the University of Sussex makes an impression. From their support with applications - visa, housing, GP - to their constant outreach to ensure students have the best possible experience. As an international student myself, I was nervous about what to expect, but the international team at the University made sure that all the questions I could possibly have were answered (and in a timely manner!). The campus itself is a reflection of the people who operate it, which is to say, welcoming and safe. It is evident that every space is considered and well-looked after, and that the priority of every member of staff is the students. There are a number of resources for every need and they are accessible to all. The events are well-catered to international, undergrads, postgrads, and mature students.

The university offers lots of support for the students, the housing is plenty and the professors and staff is helpful and nice. The university campus lacks access to varied food, the housing is not that affordable, and the terms are short which limits the amount of content we can get.

The best thing is that everyone is always very keen to help you and you never feel left alone. The worst thing is probably the distance from town.
