Campus is incredible, facilities are really cool
The facilities are pretty standard, but it would be great to have an on-site gym for convenience. Having only a slight discount for surrey sports park doesnt seem like enough. There aren’t many events going on, and the ones that do happen don’t provide many real networking opportunities. Despite these issues, the university community is very supportive and friendly, which makes a big difference.
The Vet campus (Manor Park) is modern and in a ncie location. It could be improved with library facilities and more union events on Manor Park as most are on the other campus.
The only negative thing I have to say about the university is that my friends from class all live on Manor Park campus so they walk together and chat however the location of my house on campus is super ideal. It’s a 15 min walk into town and 2 mins to the onsite night club which offers exciting themed club nights at a reasonable price. All the lecturers are lovely and aim to help in any way. The students union is amazing and clearly cares about the students wellbeing. They pour all their money into student activities. For example, every Tuesday and Thursday are quiz nights with many great prizes. The campus is beautiful with a stunning lake. I am so happy at Surrey uni

I have been able to contact the university really easily about any issues I was having and was lucky enough to get a really quick response. Need more support to get around campus
Very involved with students, lots of inclusive communities/clubs, student engagement encouraged. Could be better by improving access to lectures/learning resources online for commuting/revising
there could maybe be a better students union area during the day and on manor park campus
Awful to socialise at unless you're elite at sports Good courses
The lectures are great, so much information and so many additional services to develop my learning and skills.
