best aspect is the beautiful campus, student accom is lovely. worst aspect is trying to get a space in the atrium or library
The uni has a very welcoming atmosphere. Yhr people are easy to talk and the are numerous resources that can help you Wheathrr it be health, mental, educational and financial. Plus if you don't know what you need there the student hub is a great one stop shop for helping you or pointing you in the right direction. I do believe that there is a small learning curve when it comes to academic support though. I think there should be intro classes at the beginning of each semester tell people not only what they should be if they have common questions but also how they and who that can contact regarding topics of help they may require.
Positives: I LOVE THE GYM HERE. Ways to improve: 1There's no engineering department 2More focus on who you are as a person when the uni is allocating who you live with: interests/hobbies/cleanliness etc. 3 classes not being so politically motivated
The facilities are very good although for a big sport uni I feel like all the good sport facilities are entirely for the tops sport teams. The campus is very nice and a big reason I chose the uni over other options but since Stirling isn't too big compared to places like Edinburgh and Glasgow I think the nightlife suffers a little bit due to lack of options.

The Environmental Geography and Outdoor Education course is perfect for those wanting to follow their outdoor sporting pursuits with the course offering opportunities to participate in the Mountain Leader and Lowland Leader qualifications. Staff are friendly and helpful. The variety of sports clubs on offer at the university really make the whole university experience. They are perfect places to socialise and network as well as enjoy a sport of your choice to keep you active alongside your studies.

The best aspects are the societies, specifically the mountaineering society. I am able to travel to all parts of Scotland through Stirling. The student union could be improved if the venue was more widely used and advertised.
The location is phenomenal as are all of the sports facilities
Best aspect of my uni experience is joining a sports club. All the girls on my team are lovely and it has definitely made my uni experience 10x better. Worst aspect is lack of seating areas for students at the main area of the university, there clearly is not enough. Also the lack of parking spaces at the uni and the change from the CO-OP to the NISA, prices went significantly higher for students but because it is the campus’ main shop us students have no other option within the uni.
The campus is so pretty with lots of places to get food and study. The union could definitely be improved just because it feels kinda separated from the main building and it isn’t really advertised. Also there is only one club in town so the night life is kinda limited, but you can always have a good time in the pubs!
The very kind staff and amazing academic support. The campus itself is super generous but it is a bit far from the city.
I love the campus and the community feel.
