i am really liking my overall experience of my uni life so far, the teachers are helpful they try to help you out as much as they can. and tbh thats says a lot. but kinda hope that the clubs were a bit more active.

A nice and quiet environment conducive to focusing on academic goals, with a range of supportive structures. It could do with stronger communication across multiple platforms and better marketing of the very helpful opportunities available at the different facilities.

It is a good universit,y but the area around campus is not student-friendly, and the timetable for engineering is not very suitable.

USW is really good when it comes to studying and the other experience. The best is that all the lecturers are well-qualified and experienced. There is nothing worth that I can say at the moment because I can’t find anything.

The location of the university is not the best as students have to go far and wide for the basic necessities or just for leisure.

Best aspects is the support from the University staff as being a degree apprentice is much different to traditional University. Therefore, their continued support made it a smooth transition. Also, lecturers are really supportive. Improvement to be made is to involve degree apprentices with the student union and whether some opportunities may be offered to them in line with their commitments. This is because some students may still want to be involved with some of the sporting activities.

Two of the main lifts have been broken since last academic year with seemingly no effort made to fix them. Toilets are frequently out of order and filthy.

Facilities are somewhat good plenty of toilets though female toilets on the ground floor some cubicles are often out of order, I have had a great uni experience in lectures and seminars though sometimes do not agree with the timetable as they schedule 6 hours worth of workshops. The library includes plenty of study pods which i have booked out from time to time and I find they provide great focus when having to work on an assignment that is particularly strenuous

What makes it such a great place to study is how not only does it have various places to work in but also has more than enough support to help out when needed and still leave some independent for challenges so there are lots of aspects that makes this place great to study. Bit of a nitpick but what could be improved is the pacing as it can feel a bit overwhelming and stressful when having so much to be done in such a short time but that is in my opinion. Overall I am proud to be a part of this uni and that I am glad to make the right choice for my overall life.
