The best aspect in my university is how student friendly it is; they have a lot of support whether academically or health related. My favourite would be MASH which gives support for students struggling with maths and they would not judge you. So far the only not so good experience I have had was the steep inclined walks I need to take nearly everyday to classes but you'll get used to it eventually

Fantastic welcoming community, beautiful city with lots of access to the countryside. Department made everybody feel welcome and it's a super place to live. Loads of student societies, and lots of ways to get involved with the uni and with the Sheffield community!
