My experience at Reading has been one that i will always treasure, as i've had the best 4 years studying here. To make sure that you can say the same, be sure to choose a course you like and understand the things that you want from a university.

The most important advice i could give is to enjoying yourself and not worry about making friends, that will happen naturally.

I really enjoy the social life here, but you've got to make an effort to know what's going on sometimes and make sure you sign up to societies but only ones you know you will go to!

Work hard and play hard.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The lecturers are very helpful if you struggle with anything. The support system are also very good, but the social life is even better! Be yourself!

Knows what your interest are so you can enjoy the degree. See what you want to do in future so you can see if the degree is relevant for the carier.

I love reading as a town and being close to home. My course can be challinging and i've had difficult moments with some people but overall i couldn't wish to be anywhere else. My advice would be that location and medule options are the key to happiness
