It has been really good
Good number of hours
Good location but quite pricey
commute very morning
Very good, people are friendly and great. Lecturers are down to earth which is nice but it feels like there's something missing.
I need to do this course to get where I want
I feel indifferent towards them don't like or dislike anything
Very representative, can feel a bit disproportional for the actued population making it a little disconnecting but I don't mind
Its good but not homely but its very nice to stay in
They are nice. They're clean and well kept but the exterior designs aren't always the best
It's close to amenities but is a 40 minute walk for accommodation (feels like they do it to make you buy a bus pass)
Plenty of societies for everyone. There are sports with many teams
They always offer help (tutor wise) but for instance, I have had no idea where to go if I were to need a counsellor
University of Leicester was the best decision I ever made. I made new friends, I have excellent professors and everything here is very organised.
I like my professors and tutors the most. I like the least that I have to learn things by heart.
They are very helpful
Very safe, the location is excellent but the conditions are quite bad.
They are good
The uni is far from my accommodation but at least I'm near other amenities (the centre)
I'm very satisfied, a very organised university.
A great experience so far
Lots of opportunities, visiting firms etc
Great but could be bigger
Ideal location near the city and uni
Extend the SU, could be bigger
Could be closer to the city
Many to choose from
Many services offered personally and academically.
The university does not take enough proactive measures to try develop the opportunities available
The societies are extensive with a society for basically everything. Although, the SU take a very long time to get back to you.
Not enough study space and food on campus
Changed course and the experience has been much improved since. New department feels more inclusive
Various careers seminars and job fairs
Lecturers are approachable, have genuine interest for topics
Food is not subsidised to 'student prices'. Difficult to navigate bureaucracy.
Private accommodation is close to Uni
Constantly upgraded but some areas are neglected
10 min from city centre and high street style shops
Large range. Vast majority of interests covered
Varies from department to department. Locations of counselling could be better
Very positive experience so far
Always email about careers opportunities
Facilities are good food is very nice. lots of variety
Could do with more water fountains
Close to city centre, lots of things to do in Leicester
Wanted top do trampolining but it was stopped due to no coaches
Lots of academic support, also offer a night hotline for those struggling with mental health
Events offering work placement opportunities, employability points
I like the feedback/sessions
Accommodation is quite far from Uni
Local amenities, yes, relative to the uni , not accommodation
Not heard anything
12-16 hours, I think there should be a dedicated day off
Gym membership = expensive
Only had some feedback
Daylight robbery but it is what it is
Good stuff and free food
bit far from town
I feel like it's pricey as you need gym membership as well to play
