The student support is what makes UCLan such a great place to study. I feel no hesitation to ask my tutors for assistance as they encourage students to ask question and are always friendly and open with their responses. In my personal experience, whenever I reach out for support, I usually receive an answer within 24 hours. However, the area surrounding UCLan buildings often get congested which make commuting times longer.

The UCLan is a great place to study as it ensures a heart-warming welcome to all students from different parts of the world. It's a well organized university with staff readily available to answer whatever questions or clarifications you may have and help point you in the right direction. Whilst studying at the UCLan, you can be rest assured that you will be well supported throughout your studies!

It is in a great location, within walking distance of the bus and train stations. The staff are very supportive during lectures due to there small class size, which allows for more in-depth interaction between staff and students. The worst aspect is they have built a new building and keep pushing back the move in date so at the start of each semester there is confusion on where our lectures are.

Uclan's serene environment and world class facilities for learning is a top-notch in the league of higher institutions. Equally, the location it is situated,at the heart of Lancashire, it's proximity to good transportation system in and around the campus for easy accessibility for students and staffs, is one that is unprecedented. Moreover, as change is the only constant thing in life, there's always a room for improvement. Therefore ,to better improve on this, I'll suggest the current standard be maintained. For the benefit of new and foreign students ,more on-campus outreach should be made to acclimatize them to the environment. Thank you.

Some of the main aspect's that I love about the university is the student support and the student union and how they really try their best to engage with us and keep us supported throughout the time in campus. Some of the aspects I personally feel needs improvement is that there are no buses connecting from the railway station to the university and back and one has to change bus at the bus depot which is a waste of time and if you are running late to arrive for a class you are the mercy of the cab drivers who charge you a high fare. The second area of improvement is the food served in the Harrington refectory which is bland and the salad bar on some days doesn't look appealing and needs a refurbishment like the one in the foster

Buildings are very old and don’t seem that looked after. Unable to comment on support, nightlife or accommodation as I’m only in one day a week so drive in. Should have student parking and the current car parking should be cheaper for those that only need it 1 day a week. Library is confusing in layout and always getting lost.
