Good experience. Buildings are modern, employer are very helpful and effective which is much appreciate. Our tutor is very supportive But coffee really expensive though ..
Put us in different schools and have guests from various schools to talk to us about specific themes
What I like the most is the support we get from our tutor What I like the least is that sometimes lectures are not really relevant
Good Best point library open 24/7
Good I guess
just started but it seems to be a nice experience look forward to see that
Hard but good
Good foundations for knowledge interview confidence
Need more placements
Always updated with student union info
Good, nice clean food areas.
Good student bars, student location setting
Good variety of sports
Seen both mental well being disability, library, personal tutor. All services supportive. I have stayed because of their support
Overall, I really enjoy my course but feels like the facilities and range of societies could be improved
They offer work placement opportunities throughout the course
I really enjoy my course
This could be improved as food is only available till 2 o clock and leaves people living in halls with no food facilities for tea time.
Very good location
I think that we need a wider range of societies
Tutors within the uni offer good support
Made loads of lovely friends!
I like my tutors ability to engage
Could do with better bars like Lancaster uni
Cafe and coffee shops are great! Lovely staff. Could have a better bar
Shops and very close
It's very promoted but I haven't needed it yet
Mostly positive experience but PT students do feel overlooked in terms of module planning/timetabling. As we are a small group.
Aware of opportunities but would benefit from OT speakers (local hospitals etc.)
Not very involved, I would swim but there is no society for it
Good for O, but learning support needs more staff
Uni is very hard work. Can't cope at times but so glad I went
Hard, demanding course. No time for work
37.5 hours a week - too much, hard to handle
Not very helpful from my experience
Not much of a campus, close to town, good if you don't like big crowds
Lancaster, small, lovely, safe, friendly.
From experience- not very helpful
Really enjoyable, definitely made the right decision coming here.
Great placements and emails about potential opportunities.
Most: interactive, enjoyable. Least: the pace, too quick sometimes
Good communication - could have more space for the union itself.
Very good, always clean and relaxed environment
5 minutes away from central Lancaster so great location
Good range, however there seems to be less societies his year compared to last year
I've never had an issue, if I could I'd like to think the support would be there
The university is very supportive, always there if I need them. I am very grateful to be here
Interview techniques, helping us get prepared
It is half and half placement and academic
Good that the library is open 24/7
I do not use them
Very supportive staff. Can not fault in any way
Everyone's really helpful and friendly, they really want you to succeed and you get plenty of great opportunities for socialising and developing skills
Lots of extra careers counselling and positions of responsibility available
Lecturers give you independence and make it fun and engaging
Very friendly and out there, everyone knows them so it's easy to speak with staff
Generally good facilities, plenty of equipment and space but a few buildings could be updated
Great, you can walk everywhere if you don't mind the hills!
Lots of societies out there, but can struggle for numbers
Tutors are great and all the staff are there to help you, just wish it was easier to apply for help
