Student support is good but can be improved needs to be more available for archaeology students in the university.

The facilities at Chester are amazing with fantastic student support. The opportunities at Chester are limitless- with regular volunteering and internship opportunities advertised via social media and email. The experiences within the sport and exercise science course itself are a good insight for the working world having already participated in coaching in first year to now be given the opportunity to take part in an experiential learning module in second year.

The University of Chester is a great place to study. The facilities and support here are great. Academic support specifically for me have been a great help, they are there to support you and help you succeed. All the lecturers that I have had the pleasure of meeting are all lovely, approachable people. Nothing is ever to much they are always willing to help.
The staff are very supportive at the University of Chester, the campus is beautiful and facilities are brilliant. I have learned a lot during my degree and have developed so much confidence compared to how I was in my first year.

I like the location and all of the lecturers are nice and supportive. I don’t think I have anything bad to say
Big change from a well supported student/teacher environment with work. Now everything feels like a barrier
Best- very accessible, reminded often of support from lecturers and through media online and around the uni Worst- timetabling and assignment crossover can be badly organised but overall a great place to learn!

Best - good range of events and lots of affordable accommodation. Worst - Had issues which I tried to contact the uni about and got sent on a roundabout of different people to talk to none of which actually dealt with the issues.
Best - lots of interesting module choices and different assessments. Worse - Some lectures more difficult to contact than others and sometimes 1-1 tutorial meetings forgotten by lectures
Best - good cheap accommodation with en suite. Worst - posters in house said cleaner - not true. and wood louse infestation.
