I an so happy that I decided to study on University of Central Lancashire. I like that the city is not that crowded as Manchester or London. The university is very good equipped, and all people so friendly. Everyone is so helpful if there is any issue.

I had a generally positive experience with UCLan, especially due to the outstanding support I received from a senior lecturer. Her guidance was valuable in helping me make the decision to pursue the course. She took the time to address all my questions and provided clear advice before and after the holidays, which made the process much easier for me. Even though I was applying in the last two weeks before the start of the course, the senior lecturer went above and beyond to help me through the application process and made sure everything was in order. However, one downside of my experience was the difficulty in reaching the right person in the admissions team to the finance to the student support and a lot of teams in Preston and London campus over the phone when I needed additional assistance. My finance as I write this isn't sorted out yet even though I took action to be proactive and ahead. I found myself being passed around from one person to another which caused some anxiety. This lack of clear communication and continuity was a bit overwhelming. Overall, UCLan's support from the senior lecturer was excellent, but the administrative side could be more streamlined, especially for students like me who require last-minute assistance. Nevertheless, I am very much thankful for the acceptance and I am very much looking forward to learn and pass with flying colours.

Best - small class, great lecturers. Worst - Busy, somewhat confusing online things such as blackboard starfish ect. We were just sort of expected to know how these work.

It is a good university with a modern academic staff, which is quite adequate for the department I chose.
