I didn’t have much experience yet, but so far I’ve been liking my lectures and uni life
Love it
The lecturers are good and helpful, but also keep them interesting, my cohort is very nice and friendly. Our timetable. 3 different lectures have been packed into the same day, meaning it is a very busy day and is inconvenient since I commute.
Cohort is good and lecturers are all really lovely. Our timetable is really packed into 2 days so it gets hard to remember everything we’ve learnt. Would prefer if lectures were spread out more evenly
best: huge amount of resources and offer support for every individual worst: lots of self studying involved for key concepts

Financial help from the university hasn’t been too useful. But I do like the DASS service here and their responsiveness.

Lots of spaces for study. Lots of open space and many food options. Lots of activities in and out of the city aswell. Accessibility city centre from campus
Best aspect is the city it is in, Manchester is such an amazing place to live. Worst aspect is that the students union feels more corporate than cohesive.

I am new here so I haven’t been here for a long time but I think the cooking is annoying. I like the walking though.
The lecture halls are too crowded and stuffy. However I like the course content and lectures.
The rent is too high but the bed is really big.
