Experience so far has been good. Assignments have been well scheduled and handled in an effective manner. Teaching is varied and frequently of interest. The game projects have allowed a decent level of individuality and encouraged personal growth in topic areas.
VR equipment is decent. Classroom is good and suited to class size.
Support is excellent. Tutors respond well to inquiries and give feedback and opinions frequently.
Practical experience given in game making. Small class size means one to one teaching is available and effective. Written documents holding information are few or difficult to obtain.

My overall College experience has been good so far. I have been able to get through my assignments without much concern and the support from my fellow classmates and teachers is good.
The VR room is amazing as are the majority of the classrooms in the D block and the HE centre. The toilets are kept fairly clean and the cafeteria is good.
In my opinion the support offered by the College is ok but could be improved on. A lot of my classmates don't feel as if the College is supportive enough in some areas. The tutors are good however and they offer some good advice that helps you out with your work.
I like how they give students a sense of freedom with our work. Of course there still are rules to follow but you don't feel as restricted in lessons and with assignments. Some lessons are boring but even in those lessons I can normally take something from them

They offer us opportunities for work every so often. I have been at this University on a College course and they are a good university for finding their students suitable work placements dependant on course.
Thank you for your feedback
Enjoying the course so far, everything feels fair and the teachers are incredibly supportive. I feel like my teachers are approachable and that they can support me if i have any issues.
Provided with everything we need to efficiently work in the course.
Feedback is provided several weeks after the assignment submission. The reasoning for the grade is explained fairly. Willing to support those who may be struggling both academically and personally.
Small group and on hands support from every teacher. Access to varied sources of information online. No exams. Marked through the form of assignments. Access to top quality facilities.

Job was offered within the college. The job revolved around representing the college.
Thank you for your feedback

Thank you for your feedback
It has been difficult to go back to education. the begnning was a challenge with a lack of information and access being very slow compared to the other students. lecturers were not always understanding of this and not helpful
Excellent
OK
Good standards of teaching, but frustrating to be moved inton groups several times a day

Work alongside us with the careers development team at University to discuss career paths
Thank you for your feedback
It has been ok. need to learn more about the college itself before jkoiningand the local facilities. if you are speciel educatuioinal needs then make sure to tell them before joining.
The rooms have adaquate facilities for the course and the VR facilities are unbelevable!!!!
In my opinion the support for me isnt very good as i myself am autistic and my needs are not fully aknowlaged

The Bars and location within birmingham is great. I dislike the public transport,. The football team Birmingham City is Amazing!!!!!!!!
they are great
The thing that i like the most is how the tutors are giving us things that we can do ourselves to learn and be able to work towardes our targets. The thing i like least ishow my special needs arnt fully aknolwaged and by some teachers my ISP isnt listend to.

They have offered us things such as offers to go to trips like EGX and doing things such as working at the university.
Thank you for your feedback
overall it has been an amazing experience, the only issue is the time frame with the finance situation. besides that everything has been brilliant and i cannot recommend it enough to anyone who wants to learn gaming
we have a vr room which is amazing. the only complaint is design and assets has macs which are horrible.
okay at times, the thing is we get mixed messages on this one, in terms of get told to ask for help if we need it, but also get told if we ask to much then we will be limited to a pass. also they take ages to sort finance support, i waited over a month for a answer to whether i would get support when they knew that i only had 1 week before i got made homeless, if i had relied on college and not sorted myself i doubt id be here able to type this.
i like the freedom we are given to work on our games, in terms of, so far in each of our courses we have been given choice to research or design a game of our choice. the thing i like the least is that most of the time we are left to our own devices, i like the freedom but i know most people spend half the time playing games instead of doing coursework

Well, so far there has been a few events and jobs available and we have been told about each of those, however as we are in our 1st year of the course so these opportunities have been limited
Thank you for your feedback
We are given extensions if the class is struggling with a particular subject to ensure that everyone is on track and understands exactly what they are doing. Marking seems fair
We have everything we need.
We receive regular feedback after we have completed our assignments. We probably receive more help than colleges with bigger class sizes
The group is relatively small which means we can get one to one support when needed. There's no exams, if there were exams I wouldn't do the course We have access to a VR lab

One student was offered a job introducing college students to the university courses.
Thank you for your feedback
well i have been here for 6 years overall from level 3 to a degree level course i have a pretty good experience and if i didn't enjoy it i wouldn't of stayed this long so you can trust me when i say this college is great and i am ready for the work place
they are alright apart from the food that keeps going up in price and the food tastes like cardboard and as for the facilities that we use they are top notch advanced technology we get to use on the daily so we have everything we most importantly need to use
it all is perfect and when i want and need feedback on my work i can ask and i will get it and where i did well and where i need to change something that i have done
I liked that it was a chilled environment that you wasn't talked down to like a child you was spoken and treated like an adult and was able to have a laugh and joke with the tutor that helps to grow an environment that you want to be in and makes you want to turn up to lesson everyday i don't have anything i like the least at all the lessons are taught properly and in a fun way and i wouldn't ask for more

they make us use industry standard software and programs so that gets us ready to make that easy transition into the work place. they also allow us to be creative and to use our imaginations more
