I love how my lecturers are making en effort and how helpful they are. Sometimes the organisation of the uni can be annoying, for example spontaneously moving exam dates or late publishing of exam dates.
Lecturers are very knowledgeable and are always supporting students, I really like it. I don’t like there is a long wait to find out the exam dates.
Although the university offers support and other sort of help, it is not properly advertised and difficult to come by. Also, there isn’t more direction in regards to study programmes and expectation towards assessments.
I think is a good University, just is quite far, if this was in better location let say central London. Teacher some of them are better or teaching with better understanding, help that we received from teacher is okey. They can help more with extra lesson, or more one to one teaching. We understand that students must to revise but sometimes can be hard to understand everything!
It focuses a lot on the student experience and there are many surveys to check the education quality and the student's opinions about their teachers. Also, students receive a lot of support in the university by the teachers and the student offices, as well as the employment office, success coaches, academic mentors and student organisations.
University environment is superb and positive. Studying facilities and access to library is really good which enhance level of studying.
