I feel there could be more optional work in between lectures so we can practice equations and gain deeper understanding into the subject matter.

Everything is good really. Ideally there would be more of a kitchen so we can cook our own food and the canteen food would be healthier and less carb-based.

I enjoy the pre session work as it gets your mind set ready for the lecture and be more engaging

It is well situated on campus, very welcoming and there is a sense of security here

I think it could be helpful to have more contact time. I come from a University overseas and we would normally have 3 lectures a week plus any tutorial work or labs. Here generally it is only a lecture a week. I think there should be some middle ground to that. A bit more contact time but enough time to have a part time job or for sports and societies.

I am in the main build halls so it is nice and close to the tithe bar and catering hall. Although it is a small campus, it is still nice being close to these. Clean ladies look after us well and we have a common room if we want to hang out with people.

There is a student yard which is good for practicals

Having access to the PowerPoints and all documents is really helpful but I think it would be good to have a recording of the lecture posted to the student gateway as if you miss it it can be difficult to catch up.

Although the rooms are quite small, they come with an ensuite and a communal kitchen for each floor with a common room being self catered means it's cheaper than other accommodation and means you can eat when you want.

The course includes face to face seminars ,students have close contact with the tutors since the classes are small.

The rooms are always clean ,though very small in size.

My course is very independent in that you attend seminars 5-10 hours a week but must learn majority of the context yourself and the structure of some powerpoints can be overwhelming due to the amount of text when it could be simplified a lot.

the halls were acceptable, yet the price of rooms was high for the quality and room you were given.

The overall course is good so far. The chosen modules of the course can be strange as it's mixing other courses onto it. I feel one of my chosen modules is more directed at business and agriculture and doesn't suit any other course

I like the location but hate that it is very loud. All of the socials take place next to this accomodation. I asked for a quiet room but was not told this was the loudest one when I accepted it.

The teaching is brilliant and the fact many of the lecturers have worked in practice before means their experience and advice is invaluable.
