My learning experience at the University of Roehampton has been genuinely rewarding. The Clinical Psychology and Mental Health program is both challenging and inspiring, with lectures that really make you think and apply what you’ve learned. The teaching staff are amazing – they’re approachable, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do, which makes a big difference.

The teachers of music therapy are great, so knowledgeable and supportive, it's great doing some studies alongside the other creative arts therapists.

I really enjoy everything about my course. The way it’s structured and delivered makes the learning process smooth and engaging. The content is detailed, well-organised, and easy to follow, which helps me stay on track. The lecturers are incredibly knowledgeable and ensure that the material is explained in depth, making even the more complex topics easier to understand. What I particularly appreciate is the balance between theory and practical application. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into designing the course to give us the skills and knowledge we’ll need in the real world. Additionally, the support from lecturers and staff is fantastic. They’re always approachable and ready to help if we have questions or need clarification, especially around assessments. The learning environment is another highlight. It’s focused and productive, with lecturers ensuring everyone is engaged and no one disrupts the experience for others. This creates a space where we can really concentrate and get the most out of our studies. If I could suggest one improvement, I wish all our classes were kept at Whitelands College. Travelling back and forth between campuses can be a bit of a hassle at times. Overall, I’m very happy with how the course is run. It’s clear that the university is committed to delivering a high-quality education, and I’m excited to continue learning here.
