The SU is amazing, there is so much support available. There are so many different societies that you will find like-minded people. The Uni facilities are all great and always really clean and modern.

MSc Physiotherapy (Pre Registration)

University rating (4)

Overall the city, campus and facilities are amazing to study within. The sporting facilities could be improved and links with local clubs, gyms and societies. It does not have to ALL be within Northumbria University. Students union, Coach Lane campus for the AHP students could be improved. Sometimes the organisation can be lacking. Link up the uni with Newcastle Falcons, Eagles, and NUFC for those students who have an interest in sports and arrange discounted tickets that are not normally included in the uni student discount schemes. Engage the students in the local clubs, societies, and community initiatives could be improved.

Childhood and Early Years Studies BA (Hons)

University rating (4)

There is no person the same you meet new people everyday, I have loved meeting new friends and creating memories together that will last a life time. However there isn’t much help around course transfers, I have wanted to switch course since the October and I have been refused because I am unaware of what courses have space and I feel it would be easier if for students hat wish to switch they are provided with a list of courses with space.

Business and Supply Chain Management BA (Hons)

University rating (3)

The best aspect I have experienced is the tutors professionalism and friendliness. The worst aspect is the overall student environment I am facing, in my course, we are only 8 students and none of us are friends or are living the regular student life.

Networks and Cyber Security BSc (Hons)

University rating (5)

The best part about the campus is that it is clean and safe all times even late at night. Constantly staffs and security are roaming around the campus to keep students safe. Secondly the faculty and environment at CIS and Trinity building is just perfect for computer related courses. Worst part is nothing much to be honest, because the professors are great, staffs in the administration and office based team are also very helpful and kind, there is also a 24/7 online dedicated team for students and professors to help solve any issues. Thank you very much, the University in overall is just great.

The library and setting of the campus is welcoming and very accessible. I don't really know much about the student union and some facilities could be improved but overall it is a very nice uni
