I am really enjoying uni but not many societies to join other than sport ones. My advice would be to have courage, be adventurous and enjoy everything you have as time goes by quickly when you are at uni. Be yourself and not change for anything in the world,otherwise this will cause you problems with your social life.

Enjoy the nightlife. The University is fantastic and one of its kind. It has all modern facilities and amenities you would want to have at uni.The accommodation is decent. The city has a vibrant nightlife. My course Is well structured and the tutors are really helpful

Northumbria University is the best uni, for sports and Sciences. Overall the people are friendly and welcoming and staff help to facilitate any problem. The students union is there to socialize any being in the city. A lot of shops/activities to keep yourself busy with.

The students' union does a brilliant job of looking after students future after student welfare. Physical and mental health helps students well-being. It is a great university experience overall

The university has excellent facilities and it is in a great city(NewCastle). The course is ok but some lecturers and seminars are structured poorly. Everything else seems ok and the job prospects are quiet good in this big city

the university is great, but really think deep what course you want to do. It's important otherwise the experience isn't that good. I did a great choise and now I am happy sharing this with you. English Literature is the best course if you want to become a teacher.

Really good city to live in, courses are interesting, tutors are helpful. However, clubs and societies aren't very well advertised/ not much variety in what is on offer. Regardless the little flaws, I'm sure you will never live something like here in Uni. Have fun and study hard

Great atmosphere for new students; great eye candy average 8's ; excellent resources by the lecturers; TOON ARMY!!; Plenty and diverse sport clubs, society and people. My uni is the best for me and for everyone here I guess so why not join us

Great city and great night life. Student friendly! Don't drink too much and attend the classes as much as possible. If you fall in love fall for an asian. They are treating every girl the best haha.

I'm enjoying my experience at Northumbria University, however the course isn't as PR related as I thought it was going to be. That's why my advice is to choose what you really want to learn carefully. Be prepared for the worst so you can get more satisfaction if it goes out well.
