Best experience- student support is so helpful and understanding, all lectures will take time to help you with the course
The best part is how small the uni is so everyone knows who you are, it’s like a family. Lexi and Anthony is student support are also great! I feel very supported and encouraged to succeed here. I wouldn’t say anything is bad here.
I love it
I love the course and the support that we can access. I feel their organisation could at times be better. But overall I think the university is amazing!
I do not feel supported at all, I have raised my concerns and how I can be supported and there wasn’t any action. There needs to be better communication about assessments. I do not feel like I’m getting my moneys worth. I enjoy the subject I’m learning and I do find it interesting just disappointed about not getting the quality I was expecting
Student support does a lot of meetings on the surface, but does not actually help in real time, and support is nonexistent in reality.
Amazing!!
Great support from all staff, very friendly, and welcoming
Norland is outstanding compared to many other universities. The community feel and support is like no other.
The best aspect is the support you get from staff.
It’s an amazing facility if you have a passion for children!!
Everyone is very supportive
amazing college
You don’t get the typical uni experience as there aren’t halls and the social aspect is lacking
It’s a very friendly place, the support is the really good and they aim for you to pass and do well
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel safe at uni. it has a lovely community feel
It’s super supportive and you have so many opportunities to raise any issues and suggestions you may have
Amazing support and learning resources
Best is that there understanding and there is no worst

For me, the highlight of being at Norland is my community. There are plenty of opportunities to meet new people, go out with friends and explore the city of Bath. Student support at Norland is like no other, they are committed to keeping us safe and supported and are always there for a listening ear or for advice. However, Norland is more expensive than other universities, we are provided with some opportunities for paid childcare but not many, this can make it difficult to balance finances and student life. Fees are increasing again, and we would like to know the return we will see from this so we can justify it. But I do think the fantastic student life and social enjoyment at Norland outweighs this.
There is a perfect mix of theoretical and practical based lectures. The lecturers are brilliant, very engaging and knowledgable, and are always available to answer any questions.
