enjoyed every minute of it. the teachers are great and the student body is excellent. i really enjoy coming to class. the support i get from the faculty is unmatched.
Excellent. Although the buildings are somewhat old, it gives the college a nice oxford/cambridge feel. The location is also excellent (bedford square). For a small college of 280 people, I wouldn't really ask for more.

Yes, excellent
the faculty is excellent. i wish we had more lectures.

excellent. they have been super supportive of me applying for phd
So far so good. I am very happy with my course, most professors, and the student life. Surprisingly, for a university of this size there is a lot of events happening each week which really engages all students and staff. That is also why all of NCH is well integrated and creates a sort of community.
Sufficient for the amount of students and type of courses that NCH offers. The Bedford square building has a very nice cozy feeling to it.
Both the academic support as well as personal support are, in my opinion, 10/10. If you have any sort of problem, NCH will help you in any way it can.
Yes, NCH is located in the heart of London. It is walking distance from the Helen Graham accommodation and it is located right by the Goodge Street station which makes it easy for all students to commute to the university.
I love the personal approach that each student in NCH gets. The one-on-one tutorial system is the only reason why I still haven't dropped out of my Law&Politics. The education that you get in NCH is something you will not be able to find in many other universities.

Career Clinic, Guest Lectures, LAUNCH, Critical Reasoning, etc. again, 10/10
NCH has been wonderful. The atmosphere is always positive, staff and students are all so friendly and there is a sense of togetherness and openness here that other universities don't seem to have. The workload encourages me to try hard and there are always things happening in the area and cool places to go if I need a break. I have met some amazing people and settled into uni life very quickly!
Pretty good, there are multiple kitchens throughout the building where you can help yourself to tea/coffee etc. The JCR is spacious and comfy and there are quite a few quiet places to sit and chill/study. Some of the lecture rooms don't have desks which can make taking notes a little difficult.
You get useful feedback in person from a lecturer on every essay you write, and they are always happy to help with any issues or questions. I haven't had to access personal support yet but the wellbeing group on a Wednesday is very therapeutic and fun.
Yes! Most accommodation buildings are close by and there are so many places to eat and things to do in the area. There are multiple different tube stations and lines within a 10 min walk or less so it's easy to get around.
The classes are small and very interactive, especially Creative Writing. The material is interesting and although writing an essay every week/fortnight is difficult, it helps consolidate my knowledge of every topic we cover.

I think the diploma (which includes the LAUNCH programme) and taking a minor subject increases employability, rather than just doing a single honours degree. The careers centre is very helpful, and I got to have a meeting where I was given lots of help to improve my CV.
Very positive so far, I feel very welcomed and at home at NCH and would recommend it to any students looking to study in the field of the humanities. I like my courses and the way they are being taught. The events put on by the university are always great, and the sense of family that the university offers is one that is very unique and welcome.
As you would expect from a university based in a Georgian town house, the facilities are excellent and create a lovely environment in which to study. The common room feels very homely and provides a comfortable space in which to relax between classes. Very clean and well decorated. Desks in all classrooms would be preferable though.
Academic support is excellent, but personal support could be better, especially when concerning extenuating circumstances applications.
I commute around 40 minutes to university every day from my accommodation, but the university is surrounded by shops and cafes so I regularly just stay around uni until late as there is plenty to do. Right next to Tottenham-Court road and Oxford street.
I love the small lecture sizes and regular seminars and tutorials that many of the courses offer. The workload is quite heavy at times but this is great for me as it ensures I don't slack off. Lecturers are accessible and very willing to help with any queries. Lecturers are passionate about their subject, which helps make classes engaging.

The LAUNCH programme helps us with business skills and career development, alongside the diploma, which teaches critical reasoning and science literacy to all students. A subsidy for unpaid internships from the university opens up many employment opportunities to students.
I am satisfied with my choice of uni. I am recommending it to all of my friends interested in studying in London and humanities subjects. As far, the course is pretty demanding, but that's a point of studying :)
Very high level of teaching by professional faculty. Many extra circular lectures of CEO and other people sharing their experience with the students. Easy and accessible system of assignments and deadlines with all of the material.
Tutoring methods are concentrated on the student needs and I am satisfied with the way of the teaching at the university. The school is offering personal support as well if there will be a need.
I chose the closest accommodation available within 4 minutes of walk. The university is placed in central London, around other universities making student life much easier and attractive.
The most I like the personal approach of the lecturers and one to one tutorials. The least I like about the university is part of the fact that is hard to find superstores with lower prices in central London.

The uni is offering a LAUNCH programme, which is teaching us how to present, how to prepare for an interview or how to work in teams. In my opinion, I am going to benefit from this in the nearest future.
Its a lot of work but it pays off and its enjoyable. Students life + community here is nice
Facilities and bathrooms etc are nice and clean. Tables or 'arm tables could be nice
Feedback on weekly essays is good. Wellbeing officers offer good support
Its a bit far from my accommodation but I prefer that. Restaurants shopping etc. is very close
- Structured, interactive, tailored to the students
LAUNCH law clinic weekly updates on career opportunities
Its a lot of work but liking the course really helps
More tables would be better
The wellbeing team are really supportive
Tailored to student structure
LAUNCH / Law clinic
